A current and premium looking visual identity that is sleek and strong. With black and white, you can never go wrong. We keep things clean, simple and minimal. Much like the business culture at Mortgage Works itself where you can expect no unnecessary jargons or complicated terms.
We chose colors that are associated with urbanism, architecture, and concrete buildings which are striking symbols of modern homes today. The touch of brown adds a cozy and warm feeling to the whole palette. Additionally, the pattern of random angular shapes represent corners of concrete buildings that could be translated into a house or a home and will be used minimally in printed materials like envelopes or catalogues as a visual element accent. It is made to add an aesthetic flair and personality to the visual identity and It also conveys strength, stability, and structure.
All in all, we created a brand identity with a modern, simplified, clear and objective aspect ; a visual solution centered on aesthetic principles focused on minimal yet considered design with a warm and approachable feel.
